Why are you moving?
This move allows us to offer expanded services, such as virtual coaching options, expand our wellness programs, provide more support for weight-loss goals, and more!
Where is the St Charles location?
1980 Zumbehl Rd, St. Charles, Missouri 63303
When is the move happening?
We will be moving after Thanksgiving; our last day of business in Sunset Hills will be November 26, 2025. Sunset Hills will continue serving clients until that time.
What about Weight Loss injections?
Weight Loss injections will still be available to all eligible clients, and shipping or courier services will be available.

Will the staff be changing?
No. The same team you know and trust will continue serving you.
What will change for me as a client?
Only our Location—but with easier access to support via virtual coaching, shipping options, and more streamlined support will become available in time.
What if I can’t travel to St. Charles?
We understand, and we will dearly miss seeing you in person. However, we want to stay connected with you and help you accomplish your goals! That’s why we are expanding to offer virtual options, ensuring all clients can stay connected and supported.
Will there be any service interruptions?
We understand that transitions can be challenging, and we are committed to making this process as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Please note that from November 27th to December 1st, Natalie and Trish will be unavailable as we undergo our move. During this time, we invite you to visit the St. Charles or O’Fallon locations for your check-ins.
